Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Original Artworks

Originals are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Once purchased, they are considered sold and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind.

Cancellations are only accepted before the artwork has been packaged for shipment. After this stage, the sale is final.
Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. faulty, damaged, or not as described).
Commissions

Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted and payments made are non-refundable, except as required by law.

If you wish to cancel a commission before work has begun, please contact us immediately. We may refund the balance of any payments received, excluding the deposit.
Workshops, Events, or Other Services (if applicable)

Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund.

Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
