Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Original Artworks

• Originals are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Once purchased, they are considered sold and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind.

• Cancellations are only accepted before the artwork has been packaged for shipment. After this stage, the sale is final.

Limited Edition Prints

• Limited edition prints may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. faulty, damaged, or not as described).

Commissions

• Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted and payments made are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• If you wish to cancel a commission before work has begun, please contact us immediately. We may refund the balance of any payments received, excluding the deposit.

Workshops, Events, or Other Services (if applicable)

• Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund.

• Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable unless required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

• Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
