  • All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 7 business days of purchase.

  • Each artwork is handled with the same care as glass — securely wrapped and protected for transit.

Shipping Method

  • We ship with Pack & Send, a trusted specialist courier experienced in handling fragile and high-value items.

  • Artworks are treated “like eggs,” ensuring the highest possible protection during transit.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic orders (within Australia): typically 2–3 weeks from the date of order.

  • International orders: shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processes. Allow 3–5 weeks for delivery.

  • Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays can occur due to courier schedules, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on artwork size, weight, and destination.

  • For larger or custom pieces, a separate shipping quote may be provided before dispatch.

Local Collection (Perth, WA)

  • Local buyers are welcome to arrange collection by appointment directly from the studio.

Tracking & Insurance

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • Insurance options are available and recommended for originals and larger works. Please contact us if you would like to arrange additional coverage.

International Duties & Taxes

  • For overseas customers, import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Damaged Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the packaging and item. We will work with Pack & Send to resolve the issue under their insurance process.
