Refunds & Returns Policy
At Jade Fairbairn Art, every artwork is created with care and attention. We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and review product details, dimensions, and images before purchasing.
Commissions & Original Artworks

Commissions: Commissioned artworks are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. if the work is not supplied or does not match the agreed description).

Original Artworks: All original works are sold as unique pieces. We do not provide refunds for change of mind on original art.
Prints & Other Products
For limited edition prints and other products, refunds or exchanges will only be provided in line with the ACL — for example, if the item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not as described.
How to Request a Return
If you believe there is an issue with your artwork under the ACL, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and advise the next steps.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed faulty or not as described.
